Parking for one car is included in the tarrif for the one or two bedroom apartments and two cars for a three bedroom apartment.
Please note: The underground car park has a 2 metre clearance.
Please note that all Hawthorn Gardens apartments are “NON SMOKING”. Smoking is only permitted on the Balcony and, or outdoor area of the apartment. Smoking in the apartments will incur a cleaning charge.
The first nights’ accommodation is due and payable when making your reservation.
Deposits will be forfeited if:
(a) the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date
(b) the cancellation is over a Special Event or Peak Time
To avoid a penalty of one nights’ accommodation 48 hours notice is required to shorten your dates after you have checked in.
Hawthorn Gardens has “NO PARTY” and “NO ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR” Policies which are strictly enforced. Parties, excessive noise and anti-social behaviour are not tolerated within the property, including all rooms. This is for the enjoyment of all our guests and neighboring residents that live adjacent to the property.
If management are called out for any noise disturbance the offending guests/room may be asked to leave and no accommodation refund will be given.
